For those who have misplaced there sim or forgot their password, Here is a guideline on how to retrieve your 2go account you can still get back your 2go account even when you've lost your password or your account has been hijacked.
But you must remember the number you used to register 2go.
If it was an MTN, Airtel, Etisalat or Glo number you used to register for 2go, buy a new sim . For example, if the number you used to register 2go was an MTN number, buy a new MTN sim. Same thing applies to other networks.

After buying it, don't register the sim just call the customer care that you want to retrieve your previous number on the new line. After it has been done, the number you used to register 2go has been retrieved. Just send "2go password" to (a 5 digit number) and your password will be sent to your number.
Another benefit is that you can use your retrieved number to buy 2go credits, because it has been retrieved.
